Özel Ege High School is located on a green campus covered with olive trees, consisting of 8 blocks on a total area of 25,425 m². The campus includes the Yüksel Eraslan Cultural Center, the Science and Technology Hub (BİTÜ), one of the largest school libraries in the country, the Sports Palace, and various play areas. As a K–12 institution (preschool–primary–middle–high school), 20% of the campus is dedicated to classrooms, while the remaining 80% is allocated to academic, social, sports, artistic, and cultural spaces, as well as dining, transportation, administrative offices, and meeting areas.   

Özel Ege High School is a disability-friendly institution. 

Each school level has its own building, and all facilities such as security, health services, dining halls, transportation, the school store, and the canteen operate directly under the school.
